I fully agree with your comments.<BR/><BR/>I have heard on the grapevine that the registration fee will be abolished for all pending applications where a communication to pay the registration fee has not been received. This will mean that new filings up to the fee change date will only cost EUR 750.<BR/>I cannot imagine OHIM asking applicants to pay the extra EUR 150as this will create too much hassle.
